How to compiler this RTSP library for GM:

1.	GM8126 linux-2.6.28: 
	a) ./switch 8126_28
	b) make
	c) output a librtsp.a to ../simple_ipc/lib

2.	GM8181 linux-2.6.14
	a) ./switch 8181_14
	b) make
	c) output a librtsp.a to ../simple_dvr
